- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- In a mixing bowl, soak bread in milk. Add remaining ingredients, combining well by hand.
- Form into 16 meatballs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
