Hawaii High-5 Ribs

The sweetness of honey and pineapple with savoury Epicure’s Hawaii High-5 Marinade makes this recipe one to be remembered.
Preparation
- Cut ribs into serving-sized portions. Place in pasta pot. Add half of Hawaii High-5 Marinade and enough cold water to just cover ribs.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour, until ribs are tender.
- Drain, then coat ribs with half of remaining Hawaii High-5 Marinade. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill ribs, turning often, over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, until lightly charred. Toss with remaining marinade, or serve as a side sauce.
