Festive Coleslaw

Ingredients
6 cups shredded green cabbage
4 cups shredded red cabbage
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1 red apple, diced, skin on
1 green apple, diced, skin on
1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
Dressing:
2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
2⁄3 cup vinegar, your choice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Combine cabbage, onions and apples in large bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients. Add to coleslaw, stirring to combine all ingredients. Sprinkle walnuts over top.
