Citrus Lime Fruit Dip

1 brick (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup whipping cream
1 whole pineapple, optional
- Using a hand mixer, beat mix with cream cheese and whipping cream on medium-high speed until smooth, about 2 min.
- Serve dip in hollowed out pineapple, if desired.
