Braised Pork Roast with Mulling Spices

Serve with 1⁄2 cup cooked rice and 1 cup steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
1 1⁄4 lbs (575 g) pork loin roast
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1⁄2 cupMulled Apple Juice, prepared
1⁄4 cupNourish Broth, prepared
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Season pork with Black Pepper. Sear pork 2 min per side, or until lightly browned. Remove from heat, carefully add juice and broth into pan.
- Place pan in oven; bake 15–20 min, or until the internal temperature has reached at least 145° F.
- Slice pork into thin medallions and serve with a generous drizzle of cooking liquid.
