With robust flavours of onion and garlic and a mild kick from some cayenne, we know you’ll agree that this burger is, indeed, ultimate! Round out your toppings with any of Epicure’s Sauces & Condiments.
Serve with 1 cup sliced veggies and 2 tbsp Epicure Dip.
1 egg, optional
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
2 tsp ketchup
1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) ground beef
6 burger buns
Toppings (optional): BBQ sauce, grated cheddar, pickles, red onion rings, lettuce
- Whisk together egg (if using), mustard, ketchup, Burger Seasoning, dip mix, and wing seasoning. Mix in beef. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill on the barbecue over medium-high heat with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Flip patties and continue grilling for an additional 5 minutes.
- Split and toast buns, if desired. Tuck burgers into buns with additional toppings, if desired.
