Marinate chicken ahead of time for an easy, flavourful meal.
2 tsp brown sugar
1 1⁄2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 1⁄2 tbsp orange juice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Combine glaze or seasoning with brown sugar, soy sauce, and orange juice in a food-safe plastic bag.
- Add chicken and marinate for 1 1⁄2 – 2 hours.
- Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
