Teriyaki Flank Steak

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
2 tbspMontreal Steak Rub
1 lb (450 g) flank steak
2 tbspRed Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, to taste
Preparation
- Drizzle steak with oil on both sides; sprinkle with rub, then rub into meat. In a bowl, combine glaze with jelly and soy sauce. Pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Place marinated steak on grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and season with Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper. Let rest for 5 min. Thinly slice against the grain and serve.
