Quick Potato Lentil Soup

Each serving provides one third of your daily fibre requirement, beneficial for heart health, and a whopping 27 g of body-building protein!
Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbspToasted Onion
2 peeled, diced potatoes
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 cups red lentils
1 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix
1 tbspCCB Dip Mix
8 cupsVegetable Broth
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a Multipurpose Pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
- Season with Salt and Pepper.
