Kale Caesar Salad

Ingredients
Caesar Dressing:
1⁄4 cup 2% milk
2 tbspCaesar Dressing Mix
2 tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
Salad:
2 bunches (142 g) fresh or prewashed green kale, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1⁄2 cup croutons
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Caesar Dressing ingredients.
- Add kale and toss to coat. Add croutons and serve immediately.
