Extraordinary Potato Salad

A backyard potluck favourite!
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbspHoney Mustard
1 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 tsp CCB Dip Mix
1 tsp3 Onion Dip Mix
2 lbs (900 g) mixed coloured baby potatoes
Preparation
- Whisk together first six ingredients. Let stand while preparing potatoes.
- Wash and cut potatoes in half, and place in Multipurpose Steamer with lid.
- Cook on high in microwave for 6–8 minutes. Transfer to salad bowl and allow to cool.
- Toss potatoes with Greek yogurt mixture and serve.
