Basic Salsa

Create a quick anytime snack, or use as a low-fat topping for Mexican-inspired meals.
Ingredients
2 tbspPoco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes – canned or fresh
1 tsp lime juice – optional
fresh chopped cilantro – optional
Preparation
- Add Salsa Mix to tomatoes. Stir in lime juice and cilantro, if desired.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
